Bethel exists to see lives transformed by the love of Jesus.

We are committed to connecting people to God and others, equipping people to serve God and others, and engaging people in service to God and others.

Bethel has something for everyone. We have a wide variety of classes, bible studies, small groups, support groups and activities for all ages.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you believe as a church?

For a basic outline of what we believe, please go here.

When do you meet for worship?

We hold three services each Sunday at 8:30am (Family/Contemporary), 9:45am (Traditional), and 11:00am (Contemporary). We invite you to join us. We also hold classes for children, youth, young adults, and adults during the 9:45am service time.

How do I or my family get connected within Bethel’s congregation?

First of all, come! Join us for worship. Get to know our Bethel family and our pastors. Check out our Sunday classes, small groups, and interest groups. Once you have become comfortable with us, join us in our online community, The Table.

Do I need to be a member of Bethel in order to get involved in Bethel’s ministries?

No. While we believe that membership is an important part of the life of the body of believers and carries with it certain responsibilities and benefits, we do not require membership of anyone and it need not prevent involvement in most areas of activity or ministry.  We hold regular discovery classes for new people to find out more about our distinctives and membership.

Are you involved with missions?

Yes! We are partnered with several missionary organizations and privately help support several more missionary families, both locally and abroad. We recognize all believers are called to be missionaries in some capacity (Matthew 28:18-20), and seek to build a “church on mission.”  Please see and pray for our missionaries here.

Where are you located?

We are located at the corner of Monks Avenue and Balcerzak Drive, at 1250 Monks Avenue, across from All Seasons Arena, within easy walking distance to the MNSU Mankato campus.

Do you give money to those in need?

We are not set up as a direct financial charity, but we are partnered with many charities and helpful organizations in the Mankato area. If you need help with food, bills, work, child care, or other resources, please start by calling First Call For Help at 1-800-543-7709.

Can we visit your church?

Yes, absolutely!   We would love to connect with you in order to celebrate what God is doing in your life, encourage you in your faith, and support you in going deeper with Him. We also want to provide a safe place for those who are hurting or seeking answers.

How can we give to your mission?

Like most non-profit organizations, churches operate on voluntary gifts. We are very thankful for all the gifts our family, friends, and supporters have given. We take these gifts very seriously and strive to be good stewards of everything God has provided. If you would like to team with us financially, please see our page for online giving here.
