NAMI Support Groups


NAMI-Mankato (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is a non-profit grassroots  organization dedicated to improving the lives of persons affected by serious and persistant brain disorders. This can include but not limited to: Depression, bipolar disorder or manic-depression, schizophrenia, ADHD, anxiety disorders, OCD.

 
We conduct two support groups: 
One meets the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. is for family members & friends.
 
The second one meets every Thursday of the month from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. and is for the person living with a brain disorder.
 
These groups are confidential and designed for supporting each other.
